Balıkesir University Process Management Handbook Has Been Published
Balıkesir University has released the "BAUN Process Management
Handbook," prepared by the University’s Quality Coordination Office, to
the public.
The BAUN Process Management Handbook serves as a guide designed to enhance
institutional quality, ensure the continuous improvement of performance, and
manage processes effectively in alignment with the strategic goals outlined in
the university’s strategic plan. It also ensures the traceability of these
processes. Within this scope, all processes across academic and administrative
units have been documented, including information on process owners,
implementers, outputs, and performance indicators.
This handbook, which supports standardization and serves as a valuable data source for the Strategic Plan and Quality Management System, provides comprehensive insights into the university’s processes. We believe that this work will contribute significantly to improving Balıkesir University's institutional performance, strengthening its organizational culture, and supporting its quality journey.
