Balıkesir University Quality Commission Student Representative Application Announcement
In order to increase student participation in the quality
assurance processes at our university and to promote a culture of quality, the
selection of the Balıkesir University Quality Commission Student Representative
will be held. Students who wish to serve as the Quality Commission Student
Representative are required to comply with the provisions set forth in the
Balıkesir University Quality Assurance, Quality Commission, and Quality
Coordination Directive, which was approved at the meeting No. 2023/33 dated
19.12.2023.
· To be enrolled in associate, undergraduate,
or graduate programs at the university,
· To be a second-year student in two-year
programs, a second or third-year student in four-year undergraduate programs, a
second, third, fourth, or fifth-year student in six-year programs, or a
graduate student currently in a course term,
· Not to have frozen enrollment (leave of
absence) during the relevant semester,
· To have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or above on
a 4.00 scale,
· To have no criminal record,
· To have no affiliation, connection, or
involvement with terrorist organizations,
· To have no disciplinary sanctions.
Applications will be accepted between April 10 and April 18, 2025 (until
4:00 PM on April 18, 2025) via the Quality Commission Student Representative
Application Form. Students wishing to apply can submit their application forms
and required documents either by email to kalite@balikesir.edu.tr or in person
to the Quality Coordination Office. Applications that do not meet the
eligibility criteria or have incomplete documents will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated by the Quality Commission and finalized by
the Senate.
